We will be playing US Lacrosse HS Lacrosse rules, with checking. At the field a stick will be flipped - and called in the air "open" or "closed"
That will determine who gets the ball first. The ball will start at the "clear out line" and play will begin on the refs whistle. Both goalies stay in the same crease. If there is a goalie save the ball must be cleared out to the "clear out line" and there can be pressure. If there is a goal, it is a free clear to the opposite team to the "clear out line" and play will start on the whistle. In a tie, there will be an 8 meter shoot out. 3 people from each team will alternate 8 meter shots from the center hash. Whichever team scores more wins. If defense creates a turnover and gets the ball they must clear it out to the "clear out line" before bringing the ball back on offense. Substitution will happen from the sub box. The sub must be in the box before the new sub can enter.
